Nexech (“we”) respects your privacy. This text explains how we process your personal data within the scope of all our mobile applications, games, websites, and related services published under the Nexech brand, including NextApp. It also includes the “KVKK Notice (Turkey)” section prepared to fulfill our information obligation under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) for users residing in Turkey.

You can submit your privacy-related requests via email. If you contact us via WhatsApp, message contents may be processed through the WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure.
2. Scope
This text covers processes related to Nexech’s mobile applications/NextApp, websites, in-app ads, analytics/measurement processes, customer support channels, and Google Play subscriptions.
Our applications may not require creating a user account/membership. Nevertheless, certain identifiers and usage data at the device/app level may be processed.
3. Website and Cookies
When you visit our websites, cookies and similar technologies may be used to ensure the website functions properly and to measure performance. Within this scope, cookies may be used in the following categories:
- Essential Cookies: Necessary for the website to perform its basic functions.
- Analytics/Performance Cookies: May be used to measure website traffic and usage, analyze performance, and improve the site.
- Marketing Cookies: May be used to measure advertising and to provide more relevant ads based on your interests.
Except for essential cookies, cookies (especially analytics and marketing cookies) are used only in line with your explicit consent/preference where required by applicable legislation.
Through cookies, technical/usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer page, visit time, pages viewed, and similar information may be processed.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings and delete or block cookies. If you block cookies, some parts/features of the website may partially or completely not function.
Third-party services (e.g., analytics, ad measurement, embedded content) may be used on our websites. These services may place their own cookies/similar technologies and may be subject to their own privacy policies.
4. Data Collected
Depending on the services you use and your device settings, the following categories of data may be processed:
A) Device and Technical Data
- IP address, approximate location (may be derived from IP), device model, operating system version
- App version, language, time zone
- Device/app identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID; depending on device settings/permissions)
- Error/crash reports, performance and event logs (via our infrastructure/SDKs)
B) Usage and Interaction Data
- In-app screen views, clicks/interactions, session information
- Ad impressions/clicks and conversion measurement (attribution) data
- User preferences (e.g., notification preferences)
C) Data Processed Based on Permissions (Optional)
The following permissions are optional. We request user permission; if permission is not granted, the relevant feature may not work or may work in a limited manner.
- Location (approximate or precise/real-time)
- Camera
- Microphone
- Photos/Videos and Files (including access via media library, storage, file picker)
- Nearby Devices (optional)
- Notifications (push notifications)
Note: Permission names and scope may vary depending on the device/operating system version. You can manage, revoke, or restrict permissions at any time from your device settings.
D) Subscription Information (Google Play)
- Limited metadata such as subscription status (active/inactive), product/plan information, and purchase time
Note: Payment (card) information is processed by Google; Nexech does not directly process your payment card details.
E) Communication and Support Data
- Information you share when contacting us via email or WhatsApp (message content, attachments, and support records)
5. For What Purposes Do We Process Data?
Data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Operating and providing the service
- Enabling features that require permissions
- Verifying and managing Google Play subscriptions
- Monitoring app performance, debugging, and improving the app
- Displaying ads, managing ad frequency, measurement, and attribution
- Responding to support requests
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to official requests
6. Ads, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
Our applications may contain ads and may use third-party SDKs for performance/measurement purposes (e.g., Google Firebase/Analytics and ad networks/mediation services).
In some cases, these providers act as service providers processing data on our behalf; in other cases, they may act as data controllers for their own purposes. Their own privacy policies may apply.
To limit personalized ads, you can manage ad preferences in your device settings, reset the advertising identifier, or use the ad personalization controls provided by your device.
7. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with third parties in the following cases:
- With the infrastructure/SDK providers we use to deliver the service (analytics, crash reporting, ads/mediation, etc.)
- Legal requirements (court order, request from an official authority, etc.)
- Corporate transactions such as a company transfer/merger (to the extent necessary)
8. International Data Transfers
Because we provide services globally, your data may be processed or stored on servers located in different countries. International transfers may occur depending on the infrastructure locations of the service providers we use.
9. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as required by the purposes of processing and for the necessary legal periods. At the end of the retention period, data may be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Retention periods of third-party providers may vary according to their own policies.
10. Data Security
To protect personal data, we benefit from security measures provided by our infrastructure and third-party service providers. However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed for data transmission over the internet.
11. Your Rights and Requests
Depending on your country, you may have rights regarding your personal data. You can submit your requests to support@nexech.com.
Our applications may not include features such as account creation, “download my data,” or “one-click account deletion.” Because there may be no account system, we may request reasonable verification/matching information to evaluate your request. If sufficient matching cannot be performed, we may not be able to fulfill your request partially or fully.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our applications are intended for a general audience and are not specifically designed for children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe data related to your child has been processed, you can contact us at support@nexech.com.
13. Changes to This Text
This text may be updated. The current text is effective as of the date it is published.
KVKK NOTICE (FOR USERS RESIDING IN TURKEY)
A) Purpose and Scope
This section has been prepared to inform users residing in Turkey about the processing and transfer of personal data and their rights within the scope of Article 10 of KVKK. The matters explained in this section apply to the data processing activities described in Articles 1–13 of this text.
B) Identity of the Data Controller
The data controller information is provided in the “1) Data Controller and Contact” section of this text.
C) Processed Personal Data
The categories of processed personal data are explained in the “4) Data Collected” section of this text.
D) Purposes of Processing
The purposes of processing are explained in the “5) For What Purposes Do We Process Data?” section of this text.
E) Method of Collection
Personal data may be collected electronically through mobile applications/NextApp and other applications, through our websites (including cookies and similar technologies), and when you contact us via email/WhatsApp, by automatic or partially automatic means.
F) Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
Your personal data may be processed pursuant to one or more of the following legal grounds under Article 5 of KVKK:
- Expressly stipulated in laws
- Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the contract parties’ personal data
- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation
- Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
- Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
- Your explicit consent (especially for certain permissions and personalized advertising/measurement preferences)
G) Transfer (KVKK Art. 8)
Your personal data may be transferred to the recipient groups specified in the “7) Data Sharing” section of this text, for the stated purposes and to the extent necessary.
H) Transfer Abroad (KVKK Art. 9)
Your personal data may be transferred abroad since the servers of the infrastructure/SDK providers we use may be located outside Turkey. International transfers are intended to be carried out in accordance with the conditions set forth under KVKK Article 9 (e.g., adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or exceptional cases in legislation).
I) Your Rights Under KVKK (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- If processed, request information regarding such processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed
- Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in KVKK
- Request notification of correction/deletion/destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing
J) Method of Application
Users residing in Turkey may submit their KVKK-related requests to support@nexech.com. To evaluate your application, we may request reasonable additional information for identity/verification purposes. Since our applications may not have a user account, limited information may be requested (e.g., application name, approximate usage time, device type) to identify which device/installation your request relates to; if sufficient matching cannot be performed, the request may be partially or fully rejected.
