This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the principles for cancellation and refund processes for services offered by Nexech (“we”), including within applications such as NextApp and services offered via our website.

1. Scope

1.1. This Policy covers two separate purchase channels:

  • a) Subscriptions purchased via Google Play,
  • b) Services offered via our website (if any; packages, consulting, digital services, etc.).

1.2. If a purchase is made through a specific channel, the cancellation/refund process is primarily subject to the rules of that channel and the information provided at the time of purchase.

2. Subscriptions Purchased via Google Play

2.1. Subscription cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play. Cancellation generally takes effect at the next renewal period; you may continue to have access until the end of the current period.

2.2. Refund: Refund eligibility and processes are evaluated according to Google Play’s refund/reimbursement policies.

2.3. Nexech’s role: Since your payment (card) details are processed by Google, Nexech does not directly process your payment information. In some cases, Nexech may process refund/cancellation actions through the Google Play infrastructure; however, the outcome may vary depending on the relevant platform rules and transaction conditions.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal for Services Offered via Our Website

3.1. For purchases made via the website, cancellation/refund evaluation is carried out based on the nature of the service (e.g., consulting, digital services, packaged services), whether performance of the service has started, and the information provided at the time of purchase.

3.2. (For consumers residing in Turkey) within the scope of legislation on distance contracts, the right of withdrawal and statutory exceptions may apply.

3.3. Cancellation requests made before the service performance begins may be evaluated by taking into account processed expenses and the nature of the service.

3.4. If service performance has started or the service has been fully performed, the possibility of withdrawal/cancellation and refund is evaluated within the framework of rights and exceptions recognized by applicable legislation.

4. Refund Conditions for Website Purchases

4.1. Refund requests may be evaluated in cases such as:

  • The service is not provided at all,
  • Providing the service is objectively impossible,
  • The service cannot be used due to a technical/operational error in delivery.

4.2. Refunds based on dissatisfaction may not be possible in all cases. The evaluation is made according to the nature of the service and the specific circumstances.

4.3. If a refund is approved, the refund amount (full/partial) and method are determined within the framework of the transaction channel, payment provider, and applicable legislation.

5. Exceptions

Without prejudice to rights under mandatory legislation, refunds may not be issued or requests may be rejected in the following cases:

  • The service cannot be provided due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the User,
  • The User cannot benefit from the service due to their own device/connection/permission settings,
  • Situations arising from third-party integrations/infrastructure that are outside Nexech’s control,
  • The service has been completed/performed,
  • Cases where legislation does not grant a right of withdrawal/refund or provides an exception.

6. Application Method and Process

6.1. For website purchases, you can submit your cancellation/refund requests to support@nexech.com. If possible, please include: the name of the purchased service, purchase date, transaction/order information (if any), reason for the request, and screenshots/evidence (if any).

6.2. For purchases made via Google Play, you must submit your cancellation/refund requests primarily through Google Play.

6.3. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time and you will be informed of the outcome. If a refund decision is made, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Policy Changes

This Policy may be updated. The current text is effective as of the date it is published.
